Rumler Civil Construction utilizes leading indicators and observation-based programs to support our commitment to creating a safe workplace, and in every significant measure, we’ve consistently outperformed the industry.
Every foreman is dedicated to these programs and has a minimum of OSHA 10 Certification and many have their OSHA 30.
The US Department of Labor (http://www.osha.gov); created by Congress 1970 to ensure safe and healthful working conditions for workers by setting and enforcing standards, assistance, providing training, and outreach and educational programs. The OSHA Outreach Training Program provides training on the recognition, avoidance, abatement, and prevention of workplace hazards. Outreach classes also provide overview information regarding OSHA, including workers' rights, employer responsibilities, and how to file a complaint.
